काठमाडौं : राजतन्त्र अन्त्यका लागि १० वर्ष सशस्त्र संघर्ष गरेका नेत्रबिक्रम चन्द नेतृत्वको माओवादीको एउटा समूहले बर्तमान राजनीतिक संकटको निकासको एउटा बिकल्प राजतन्त्र पुनस्र्थापना हुन सक्ने बिश्लेषण गरेको छ । 
 
सो पार्टीका पोलिटव्यूरो सदस्य भरत बमले बर्तमान संकट बहुदलीय संसदीय व्यवस्था असफलताको परिणाम ठहर गर्दै समाधानका लागि चार वटा बिकल्प अगाडि सार्ने क्रममा त्यस्तो बिश्लेषण गरेका हुन्। कालिकोटमा जन्मिएका बम सो पार्टीको भेरी कर्णालीका इन्चार्ज हुन्।Capture 
‘बर्तमान संकट बहुदलीय संसदीय व्यवस्था असफलताको परिणम हो । समाधानका उपाय निम्न हुन सक्छन्। एक, सैनिक कु शासन र त्यसपछि राजतन्त्रको पुनस्र्थापना अनि सामन्ती अधिनायकवाद, दुई बिप्लव माओवादीको बिद्रोह र जनवादी अधिनायकवाद,तीन माओवादी र सेना मिलेर राष्ट्रिय बिद्रोह अनि राष्ट्रवादी अधिनायकवाद, चार बर्तमान दलाल सत्ता शासकको निरन्तरता, बिदेशी सेनाको उपस्थिति र उपनिवेसवाद । हाम्रो पहिलो रोजाई दुई नम्बर बुँदा हो र दोस्रो रोजाई तीन नम्बर बुँदा हो ’बमले आफनो फेसबुक स्टाटसमा लेखेका छन्।

पार्टीका प्रवक्ता खडगबहादुर बिश्वकर्माले बमबाट अगाडि सारेका बिश्लेषण उनको पार्टीको औपचारिक लाइन होइन । ‘त्यो हाम्रो पार्टीको आधिकारिक धारणा होइन,हावादारी कुरा हो । उहाँको व्यक्तिगत बिश्लेषण हुन सक्छ’ बिश्वकर्माले अन्नपूर्णसँग भने ‘बिस्तारवादीहरुको षडयन्त्रमा राजतन्त्र ल्याउने षडयन्त्र हुँदैछ । नसकेर मात्रै चुप लागेर बसेका हुन ।’ 
 
बिश्वकर्माले आफूहरु ‘मास मुभमेन्ट’को तयारीमा रहेको बताए । तपाईहरुले अव गर्ने संघर्षको स्वरुप सशस्त्र हो कि निशस्त्र हो भन्ने प्रश्नको जवाफमा बिश्वकर्माले भने ‘आवश्यकता अनुसार सबै खालको हुन्छ ।’ 
 
पुष्पकमल दाहाल नेतृत्वको एमाओवादीबाट मोहन बैद्यको नेतृत्वमा पार्टी बिभाजन भएको थियो । बैद्य नेतृत्वको माओवादीबाट चन्दले एक बर्ष अघि पार्टी बिभाजन गराएका थिए । चन्द नेतृत्वको माओवादी भित्र पनि विवाद देखिन थालेको छ । 
 
बमको बिश्लेषणलाई सो पार्टी भित्रै विवाद उत्पन्न भएको छ । गाउँ र शहरमा एकै पटक संघर्ष गर्ने एकीकृत क्रान्तिको सिद्धान्तलाई अवम्बन गरेका चन्द भने भूमिगत छन । सो पार्टीले मुख्य नेतृत्व भूमिगत रहने र केहि नेताहरु खुला रहने नीति लिएको छ । सो पार्टीले समानान्तर सत्ता सञ्चालन गर्न सन्तोष बुढामगरको नेतृत्वमा जनसरकार समेत घोषणा गरिसकेको छ । अन्नपूर्ण पोस्ट मा खबर छापिएको छ | </div>
